Epping Fruit Terminal (EFT) celebrates successful software upgrade

Epping Fruit Terminal (EFT), a Prophet client since 2006, has successfully upgraded to our latest cold store modules underpinned by an upgraded technology stack which was released at the start of 2022.   The software upgrade ensures the future-proofing of EFT’s software ecosystem and allows for full industry integration (Titan) and integrated billing to their clients.   Training was facilitated at Prophet SA’s offices and equipped the users with in-depth knowledge of their new system modules.  Training was supplemented by onsite support during the go-live process that ensured a streamlined migration process.  “Training was informative, and the support given by the Prophet team was excellent. “, says Direll May (EFT).
