Please find below our privacy policy which shall be deemed to be incorporated into our terms and conditions. Prophet PLC, registered in England No. 2432936, at unit 1 Villiers Court, Copse Drive, Meriden Business Park, Meriden, Warwickshire, CV5 9RG is the “Data Controller” of the personal data you provide to us.
What information do we collect?
Unless otherwise agreed with you, we will only collect basic personal data about you, including: name, job title, telephone number(s), email address(es) and business address. We may also collect any pertinent details included by you in connection with application for a job.
Why do we collect personal data?
We need to know basic personal data for:

Where we provide a customer with the above services we will need to hold contact details for individuals who are to be the authoriser for, recipient of, or involved in the payment for those services. If we do not have access to those contact details we will be unable to provide the services that you have requested or that we are obligated to provide to you through contract.
b) Marketing
We will collect personal data for marketing activities, and to provide you with information about our products and services. These marketing activities will include: email marketing, newsletters, press releases, telephone sales, event invitations, product launches, product and services updates, and direct mail.
Marketing communications may be transmitted via telephone, email or post.
c) Recruitment
Personal information will be collected about candidates for positions of employment at Prophet.
What do we do with your personal information?
We will process your personal information for the purposes listed above given our legitimate interest in undertaking service provision to our customers, marketing activities to offer you products or services that may be of your interest, or recruitment activities.
We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide the above mentioned activities.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.
All personal data we hold about you will be processed by our staff and no additional third parties will have access to your personal data unless there is a legal obligation for us to provide it, or they are under a GDPR compliant contract with us as a Data Processer in order to provide services to us directly in connection to the above activities.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is processed securely.
Consent
By disclosing your personal information to us using our website, by email, in written or printed format, or over the telephone, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by Prophet in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.
How long we keep your data
Personal data collected for the purpose of service provision will generally be kept for a minimum of six years beyond the last transactional interaction, after which time it will be destroyed if it is no longer required for the lawful purpose(s) for which it was obtained.
Personal data collected and processed solely for marketing activities will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive marketing communications.
Personal data collected for the purpose of recruitment will be kept for a period of one year, after which time it will be destroyed if it is no longer required for the lawful purpose(s) for which it was obtained.
Protecting your rights
You can request to see any of your personal data that we hold.
You can request that we delete or correct any of your personal data that we hold.
