Komati Fruit and Prophet SA celebrate the Successful Implementation of Prophet Packhouse Modules

Prophet SA and Komati Fruit have concluded a successful implementation and go-live of Prophet’s packhouse modules. It has been an exciting and fruitful journey for both Prophet SA and Komati Fruit– one that bolsters an already strong partnership and sets the foundation for continued focus on system efficiency and reporting across their packhouses.

Komati Fruit have implemented Prophet Workspaces throughout the packhouse workflow, resulting in software that is adaptable to user-specific requirements for all tasks, all the time. Configurable user-specific workspaces allow users to easily navigate system tasks for all circumstances, without the need for management supervision, with the eventual outcome of increased data accuracy.

Komati Fruit’s goal was clear: to have full traceability of their fruit from tipping of bulk bins at the packhouse through to the settlement of packed fruit, allowing for effective cost management and accurate reporting and analysis. Since the implementation, Komati's packhouses, marketing- and finance teams all work on a single database that delivers a true centralised fresh produce ERP.
