Prophet North America attends the Viva Fresh Expo

Prophet’s Mick Heatherington (Vice President - Sales) and Alberto Cuellar (Business Development Director) both attended the Viva Fresh Expo close to Dallas last week.  Says Mick, “This was a superbly organized event at a great location and with an excellent array of booths coupled with a high attendance which reflects very well on the health of the Texas produce industry.  A must attend event for produce connected businesses.”

The event took place at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas.

What started in 2015 as a small regional tradeshow with the goal of shining a light on the importance of the Lower Rio Grande Valley as an emerging trade corridor and production zone has grown into one of the most important tradeshows in the industry. In just three short years, the Viva Fresh Expo has catered to sold out crowds and increased buyer attendance by over 140%.

Hosted by the Texas International Produce Association (TIPA), Viva Fresh focuses on networking, education and building relationships in a relaxed and intimate setting.
