Bob has been an integral part of our team, and his journey here has been nothing short of inspiring. From tackling complex projects to building lasting client relationships, he’s made a significant impact across the board. Now, he’s opening up to share some of his most memorable experiences and insights from his time at Prophet.

What is your position in Prophet, and what has been some of your highlights at the company thus far?   

As a Senior Implementation Specialist, I enjoy learning about our client’s business and learning about our software so we can implement the best fit for them to be as productive as possible.

What does your job entail on a day-to-day basis? 

I help our customers by matching the software to their business, configuring the software to optimize their productivity and making sure they understand what is possible.

What do you most enjoy about your job?

• Helping people use their technology to make their lives better.

• Figuring things out.

• Meeting many people from many areas.

What is the most interesting/exciting place you have visited?

So many places! I prefer business or mission trips, where I can be with the people and learn about their lives, their hopes, and their dreams.

What are your top three hobbies?

• Learning.

• Sports.

• Reading.

• Family.

• Started businesses.

• Got back into shape (better late than never!).
