Salsa making at the Western Growers Annual Meeting
Paul Stofberg & Claire Powell joined fellow attendees with Executive Chef, Scott Higa, for salsa making lessons at the Western Growers Annual Meeting in Hawaii yesterday. There was a great competitive atmosphere in the room to see which group could make the best tropical salsa.
