ERP Implementation Consultant

Job Specification

Provide a post-implementation support service. Service customer requests via our helpdesk system.  We carry out requests both remotely via RDP and during pre-arranged site visits.   

Skills:

  • Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative and manage their own workload.

  • Conscientious and trustworthy (working from home mostly)

  • Technically minded with a full grasp of mathematical concepts

  • Understanding of standard business system processes

  • Logical and methodical approach

  • Ability to rise to a challenge

  • Tenacity to follow ideas through to completion

  • Proven problem solving ability

 

Must Have:

  • Strong ERP application skills

  • Good Crystal Report design experience

  • Excellent Customer communication skills

  • Service Desk or similar experience

  • Ability to interpret and understand relational data

  • SQL query writing ability

 

Nice to Have:

  • Prophet ERP knowledge

  • SQL qualification

  • Understanding of programming languages e.g. VBScript

  • Agile project management methodology
