This time of the year is usually earmarked for the Prophet SA annual conference – attended by a large gathering of clients, partners and industry stakeholders. With the Covid-19 pandemic we were forced to embrace the circumstances and move away from the usual and be creative with our social calendar. It was however still important for us to spend time with our clients and give them the opportunity to relax and reflect on 2021.

Prophet SA had the privilege to host workflow training at our premises for one of our valued customers, FVC International.

As the citrus season wraps up, we make time to visit our clients for a detailed review of the past season. These visits are an opportunity to obtain valuable input regarding their system and service experience which helps us plan for the road ahead.
